Learning Objectives

 

KO-01. Demonstrate an exposure to what professional learning communities are and how they engage in their work.

KO-02. Demonstrate an exposure to their own and others’ personality types and the implications of similarities and differences on the ways they interact with CTO Mentor Program candidates.

KO-03.  Demonstrate a familiarity of the requirements of the program.

KO-04. Demonstrate the ability to participate in a reflective dialogue.

KO-05.  Demonstrate the ability to establish and follow norms.

KO-06. Demonstrate the ability to apply what they have learned by effectively participating as a member of a professional learning community through reflective dialogue, continuous inquiry, collaboration and/or de-privatizing practice.
