Learning Objectives

 

PD-01. Demonstrate an understanding of trainings which are legally required or mandated....frequency, type, quality.

PD-02. Demonstrate a familiarity of the definition of professional development.

PD-03. Demonstrate a familiarity of the role of the CTO in professional development.

PD-04. Demonstrate a familiarity with differing ways to deliver professional development.

PD-05. Demonstrate a working knowledge of how adults learn and the similarities and differences in how adults and children learn.

PD-06. Demonstrate a working knowledge of how to assess and improve a professional development program.

PD-07. Demonstrate a working knowledge of resources available to fund professional development.
